'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Dawber Signs First Professional Contract

Andrew Dawber has put pen to paper on a contract that will keep him at Accrington until the summer of 2015.

Speaking to the Official Site Dawber said.

'I'm very pleased to sign to be honest. I was excited as soon as the boss mentioned it to me so I'm glad it's gone through and I can look forward to the football.'

Dawber is in his fifth year at the club and it's been a big season so far for the 18 year old having made his first team debut against Morecambe in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy before then making his league debut against Plymouth as a sub.

Onwards and upwards for another homegrown talent.
