'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Richardson Delighted With Fantastic Performance

Leam Richardson has said the point against Cheltenham was a positive step in the right direction and was utterly delighted with the performance put in by the team.

'It was a fantastic performance, I would go as far as saying it was our best performance of the season. If we turn in another 13 games like that we will win more than we lose.'

Richardson adds he is actually disappointed we didn't win because in his mind we created enough chances to win 'five games' and he definitely believes we were the better team on the day, so the squad can take a lot of positives from the game and take a huge confidence boost as we draw towards the final games of the season.

He now wants us to take this performance into the game against Rochdale on Tuesday.
