Linganzi Has Been Unbelievable

Linganzi Has Been Unbelievable

Padraig Amond has said that he's been astonished by the form of Amine Linganzi since he took his chance in the first team after joining the club.

Speaking to the media, the striker said of the former Blackburn midfielder.

'He's been unbelieveable since he's come in. We had Wycombe on Good Friday and the on the Thursday he got word of his brother dying. To come out the next day and play the way he did - he played because he didn't want to let the lads down. To do something like that made us want to go that extra yard for him. He's probably been one of the big changing points in the season.'

Linganzi did eventually take some compassionate leave, missing the game against York but he was back for the Morecambe match.
