Beattie Takes The Hotseat

James Beattie has been appointed as our new first team manager following the resignation of Leam Richardson.

The 35 year old has been appointed with immediate effect and he told the Official Site that he was absolutely delighted to have been offered the position.

'Stanley is a great club with a fantastic history and I am honoured to be given the opportunity to take us forward. Since I came here the club has had me gripped. I am really looking forward to the challenge.'
