Molyneux Move To Crewe Stalled?

Molyneux Move To Crewe Stalled?

With Lee Molyneux currently a free agent and set to leave Accrington, his proposed move to Crewe seems to have stalled over the length of his new contract.

Crewe want to tie the 24 year old down to a two year deal, but apparently Molyneux and his agent only want a 12 month deal.

Crewe Assistant Manager Neil Baker told the Crewe Chronicle that terms have been agreed apart from the length of the deal and that there is no way Crewe will accept a single year, as clearly if Molyneux continues to impress the club would want to receive a fee if he moves on.

'I think the lad wants to come and we've agreed terms but his agent wants a one year deal, which we won't agree to. It will be concluded one way or the other pretty soon. They've gone away to think about it.'
