'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Atkinson Returns

James Beattie has completed the signing of centre half Rob Atkinson.

The 26 year old has put pen to paper on a two year deal at the club following his loan spell with us last season.

Speaking to the Official Site Atkinson said he was pleased to make the return and was looking to build on the 13 appearances he made last season.

'It's good to be back. I'm really pleased to be back on board. I spoke to the gaffer over the summer and listened to what he had to say about the club and what his aims are and I really wanted to be a part of that. Hopefully we can have a good season and I can't wait to get going.'
